About this property

  • Bolton Crescent is one of Windsor's most desirable roads. Its proximity to the town centre and the Long Walk make this a sought after location. This charming detached property has accommodation set over two floors. The beautiful south easterly facing rear garden is a real delight.

To the front of the property the beautifully maintained garden with its formal topiary and well stocked beds have created a very welcoming entrance. The driveway leads to the garage and allows for off-street parking.

On the ground floor the stained glass window of the front door and traditional covered porch is a lovely feature. The spacious double aspect sitting room has a feature fireplace and links directly to the conservatory. The conservatory offers wonderful panoramic views over the garden. The dining room with front facing bay window is a great room for entertaining. The adjacent kitchen has a classic tiled floor, fitted cabinets and drawers, integrated appliances, direct garden access, walk in larder and utility cupboard. This floor is completed by a cloakroom.

On the first floor there is the charming principal bedroom with front facing bay window, fitted wardrobes, shower and basin. There are three further well-presented bedrooms, family bathroom and family shower room.

To the rear the south easterly facing garden is a very private, verdant oasis. It is a delightful landscaped garden with an expansive manicured lawn. The shaped beds planted with variegated foliage beautifully combine to create an attractive outlook. The perimeter is planted with established hedges and trees which has created a high degree of privacy. The sun terrace adjoining the house is perfect for outdoor entertaining.

I really do love this house, such a charming family home with the most amazing garden. It is in my favourite part of Windsor, such a quiet residential area but still just a 10 minute walk to town centre shops and train station.
