    About this property

    • A unique and flexible period property which is divided into a two bedroom ground floor apartment plus two, three bedroom maisonettes. This beautiful Grade II listed property is presented to a very high standard and lends itself to a variety of uses. Currently used as holiday lets, the property would make a fabulous business or a multi-family dwelling.
This attractive stone fronted three-storey house is set back from the road and has eye catching symmetry and an impressive front entrance doorway.

On entering, there are 2 South facing bedrooms either side of the hallway served by an adjacent shower room. The principle bedroom has shuttered 12 pane windows and modern panelling, while the second double bedroom also has a shuttered window and custom built wardrobes.

The kitchen/dining room is fitted with a good range of storage units, a SMEG range oven and integrated appliances. Finished with parquet flooring and a terracotta tile inset, there are pleasant views of the garden from the full height windows. A rear door links through to a useful study and utility.

A passageway runs along the side of the house and provides access to the first floor apartments and the rear garden.

The maisonettes are duplex style apartments with the accommodation set out on two floors and accessed by an inner staircase, each with a private entrance door. Both have a good sized kitchen/diner with appliances and generous sitting rooms with double windows, a cloak room with WC, one apartment with views over the front and the other with garden views. The bedrooms are found on the second floor, the larger apartment has 3 lovely bright double bedrooms and the rear apartment has three bedrooms. Each apartment has a bathroom with stylish tiling and storage units.

The whole property is decorated nicely and is ready to go as a business.

Outside offers a lovely walled garden with neat lawns and a pleasant patio area for seating with a garage and 3 separate stores, accessed from Hawthorn Close.
