• The project is located in the Tiergarten district of the Mitte scene district. Living here means living in the heart of the city - between the prestigious KaDeWe department store and Berlin's most famous square, Potsdamer Platz. All are in close proximity and easily accessible on foot. The central residential location has excellent public transport connections. The nearby subway stations "Nollendorfplatz" (with subway lines U1, U2, U3, and U4) and "Kurfürstenstraße" (U1 and U3) offer good connections to the rest of the city, making the zoo, Potsdamer Platz, and Alexanderplatz easily accessible. At the same time, there are many green spaces in the area suitable for sports activities as well as for a cozy picnic. The Landwehr Canal with its grassy banks, the park landscape of the famous Tiergarten - often considered Berlin's equivalent of New York City's Central Park - and the Gleisdreieck Park, from which bike paths lead to the suburbs, are all less than a kilometer away. Yet the way to cultural and leisure activities is not far, because right outside the door, there is plenty to discover. Just 500 meters away is the venerable Wintergarten variety theater, which has been entertaining audiences for more than a hundred years. Another event venue within walking distance is the Berlin Philharmonic, where the most renowned soloists from around the world perform. Your walk to the concert hall also takes you past the Neue Nationalgalerie and the Gemäldegalerie, both part of the Kulturforum.
