About this property

  • Occupying an unbeatable setting in the heart of charming Beaconsfield Old Town, this delightful Grade II listed terraced cottage is thought to date back to the early 1800s. The characterful accommodation is well presented and arranged over three floors, benefiting from front and rear patio gardens. The location offers easy access to local amenities, schools, and transportation links with Beaconsfield station just about a mile away providing fast trains to London Marylebone.

An entrance hall opens in the sitting room, with a feature fireplace and built-in cabinetry. Double doors lead through to the kitchen/breakfast room offering a range of built-in storage, wood worktops and integrated appliances. There is ample room for a table while a door gives access to the rear terrace.

Arranged over two floors are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the first floor the principal bedroom is of a good size with a built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom is well appointed with a freestanding claw foot bath and separate shower cubicle. On the top floor are two further bedrooms with the room to rear enjoying lovely views towards the church.

The pretty terrace to the front is enclosed with railings and mature shrubs. The terrace to the rear is a private retreat, ideal for outside dining or a quiet read. In addition is a rear gate and a storage shed.

Such a lovely period cottage in the heart of the Old Town, one of my favourite locations.
