Approximately 4,241 metres of single bank and 677 metres of double bank
A rare opportunity to acquire a good stretch of single and double bank fishing rights along part of the River Mole and Yeo.
The River Mole is a tributary of the River Taw in Devon which rises on the south western border of Exmoor and takes its name from the market towns of North and South Molton. The River Yeo is also a tributary of the River Taw and both these spate rivers have a good variety of deep pools, glides, gravel shoals and broken shallow runs.
The Rights run downstream from an area just north of Bish Mill (River Yeo) joining the River Mole approx. 2,510m downstream and finishing just north of the village of Alswear. The Rights extend to 4,920m in total, 677m of which double bank and 4,241 single bank.
Access
The two main access points are just north of the Alswear Bridge (EX36 4LF) and Grilstone Bridge (EX36 4EG).
