  • West Lodge is situated in Forneth, a rural community about 7 miles east of Dunkeld and 5 miles west of Blairgowrie. Dunkeld is known for its historic cathedral and picturesque setting on the banks of the River Tay as well as for the quality of its independent shops, cafés and restaurants including a bakery, deli and riverside bars. Blairgowrie (6 miles to the east) is a larger town with four supermarkets. Perth is 17 miles to the south and has a good selection of professional services and amenities including a theatre, concert hall and several leisure centres.
  • The house is surrounded by some of Perthshire's most beautiful countryside with fertile farmland to the south and hill grazing rising up to heather-clad hills to the north and west.
