There are very few villas on the South coast of the island of this size and position. Each bedroom in this property has direct access to the grounds and views over the sea. In complete privacy, you can enjoy relaxation in the gardens and covered terraces, or stroll to the beach nearby, which iis only shared with one neighbouring villa. The sea is part of the Marine Protected Natural Park of Capo Carbonara.

The villa is made up of one main building and two apartments that only communicate with the main villa through the terraces.
In the main villa, there is a large open spaced sitting room. This is the reception room, with a dining area, convivial social zone on a raised lounge around a beautiful monumental hanging fireplace and large French windows that open onto the sea view terrace.
There is a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other double bedrooms that share a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom for staff. All bedrooms except for the staff room have sea views. There is also a small laundry area close to the kitchen.

Each apartment has a king-sized bed primary bedroom, two single rooms with two bunk beds each, a bathroom, and kitchenette. There are sea views from the primary bedrooms and direct access to the patios and the garden.
The villa has a hot/cold air-conditioning system and wi-fi with broadband Ethernet (gigabit) wiring in the main areas, a 40” HD satellite television in the sitting room, and another HD TV in the master bedroom.
Three bedrooms have a fireplace, as well as the sitting room. Outside the kitchen, there is also a fourth fireplace than can be used as a barbecue.

Inside the grounds, there are six covered car parking spaces and room for a further four vehicles.
A covered garage, a cellar and a big terrace with the view of the entire area complete this unique property.
The villa is surrounded by the biggest private land (approx. 5.000 sq. meters) in the entire area, assuring an unmatched level of privacy.

Facing the sea, an infinity-view pool is the newest addition to an already extraordinary property.
The villa is a peaceful haven and a perfect bolthole to enjoy the whole year-round. Less than twenty meters from the villa, three paths lead to the sea, two to sandy beaches below the property and the third to a cove, where magnificent rocks have been sculpted by the wind and waves over millennia. At walking distance other beautiful beaches are reachable, resulting in the most complete beach offering in the entire zone.

The villa is a kilometre away from Villasimius marina, accommodating yachts up to 20 meters. A path along the coastline means guests can enjoy a walk to the boats without using the road. There is also a golf course nearby, and horse-riding facilities. The coast has a wealth of small bays and inlets, as well as stretches of white sand beaches comparable to the Caribbean, starting from from Villasimius along the southeast coast all the way up to Costa Rei.

Salt lakes also characterize the area, with famous inhabitants, the pink flamingos, and there's a beautiful backdrop behind the coast of the Sette Fratelli mountains and forests. It is only an hour's drive down the coast or by the new less curvy internal four lanes road, from the capital city of Sardinia, Cagliari with its modern airport (Elmas), but it feels like a different world.
