On entering Woodsdale the ground floor provides two large reception rooms to the front of the house, one is currently a sizeable study, ideal for working from home, the other a comfortable family/TV room. A delightful formal drawing room is to the rear of the house with a striking, sleek feature fireplace and French doors that overlook and open onto the large paved terrace and gardens beyond. The impressive kitchen/diner/family room is also to the rear of the house with bi-fold doors opening onto the rear terrace and gardens, and a stylish Esse log burner as further focal point; this large, light space is ideal for entertaining and the modern style of family living. The modern, well appointed kitchen offers a range of wall and floor mounted units and a large breakfast bar providing good storage and preparation space, together with an integrated Neff oven and Neff gas hob, with space for a fridge-freezer and space for a dishwasher. The adjoining utility room, which also provides direct access to the garden, houses the boiler and offers space for a washing machine and tumble drier with further storage. A downstairs cloak room and coat cupboard completes the accommodation on this floor.

The large and impressive principal bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobes, with more than ample space for further furniture, with a smart en suite shower room and enjoys delightful views over the garden and countryside beyond. There are four further bedrooms, bedroom 2 and 3 are currently configured as bedroom and sitting room suite, but this could easily be rearranged to provided two separate bedrooms by closing up the doorway; there is also a well-appointed family bathroom.

Of note Woodsdale benefits from planning permission for the erection of a side extension to the existing detached dwelling. Further details can be found on the Wealden District Council website. Ref WD/2019/0335/F
