At the roundabout take the second exit and at the next roundabout take the second exit again onto Major Yorks Road. At the roundabout at the top of the hill take the first exit towards Langton Green. Having passed through Langton Green turn right by The Hare public house towards Speldhurst, passing the village green on your left. After about 1.2 miles turn left into Ferbies. Continue past the turning to Dene Way and the road bends to the right to Roopers; number 11 will be found a little way along on the left-hand side.
