  • 193 South Street is a block of flats built in a courtyard behind South Street. It is backed by the garages and parking spaces off Alexander Court.
  • The setting could not be more central, with the West Port being only 100 yards away. It is amidst all the restaurants and bars in central St Andrews, but set back off the street away from the noise. It is well placed both for the University with the Student Union being one block away and the golf courses. The first tee of the Old Course is about 500 yards away.
  • St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf.
