This successful estate was created by the current owners in 1997 following a fortuitous meeting with an illustrious
and legendary French actor, owner of the neighbouring vineyard estate. This friendship and partnership continued
throughout the journey of the 45 years of the estate, and contributed enormously to the dynamic development of
the brand.

The property is located not far from the popular town of
Uzès and just 6km from the emblematic Pont du Gard. The
majority of the vineyard plots surround the production and residential buildings, in a peaceful setting of olive groves
and vines.

The vineyards have been certified organic since 2010, reflecting the owners desire to cultivate their lands with
respect for nature and under the philosophy of « Le vin c'est la vie ».

The sale of the property includes the possibility to purchase the fully renovated house located not far from the farm
buildings on 28 ares of grounds. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and incudes a terrace and private swimming
pool overlooking the surrounding olive groves. The house could be used as a main residence but would equally lend itself very well to rental as holiday accommodation, as part of a wine tourism project.
