  • Rhynd House is situated at the end of a country lane beside Rhynd's beautiful B Listed parish church. The house is in an elevated position and has a spectacular outlook over rolling farmland and the River Tay to Kinfauns and the Binn Hill tower. This is an idyllic, and private rural location but is only 5 miles from the centre of Perth and 2.5 miles from the M90, so it is ideally placed for access to schools, amenities and commuting.
  • Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Dundee are all within 44 miles of Rhynd House. The M90 at Bridge of Earn enables swift access north and south. Trains run regularly from Perth and Dundee to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Aberdeen and London. There are direct flights from Dundee Airport to London City while Edinburgh Airport (about 41 miles) offers a wide range of domestic and international flights. There is a primary school in Bridge of Earn and secondary schooling in Perth. In addition, a number of private schools are available nearby: Craigclowan (2.5 miles), Kilgraston (5.5 miles) and Strathallan (7 miles) are all a short drive away.
