The park consists of three modern industrial halls with a total combined rentable area of 70,000 sq m. Two of these buildings are already built and fully leased. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production.
Local information
The park is being developed on the eastern outskirts of Nošovice, in the immediate vicinity of the Hyundai car production plant. Less than 4 km from exit 54 on the D48 highway (Frýdek-Místek - Poland). Easy access by public transport – bus stop within walking distance.
