Located in the heart of Bangkok's CBD, Saladaeng One is the first ultra-luxury high-rise condominium developed by SC Asset PCL, inspired by simplicity, elegance, and timeless concepts.

The 35-story high project is 133 meters above ground with three basement floors and comprises 180 units. The amenity floor is on the 33rd floor featuring a sky pool and fitness area with panoramic views of Lumphini Park.
The design concept consists of a white marble impression accentuated by a black marble entrance canopy floating above the space. The building expresses a tropical urban design, subtly contrasting with modern contemporary style through dramatic horizontal sun louvres and angled bay windows.
