The Glass House offers a country retreat located just outside the village of St Weonards. The property benefits from being refurbished throughout in 2022 to a high standard. Access to the property is via a long track (approx. 200m). The access track has shared use.

Outside
Along the access track there are two cattle grids at certain times the roadside gate may need to be shut. From the access track there is plenty of parking on the private driveway.

Glasshouse is to be let unfurnished on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial term of twelve months.
The deposit will be the equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
