LAND
The land is situated between Darlington and Stockton-on-Tees, to the north of the market town of Yarm and east of the hamlet of Whinny Hill. The land is divided into two blocks by Darlington Back Lane which provides excellent road frontage and access, the land north of the road extends to 14.66 acres and south of the road totals 40.95 acres. The two blocks are broadly subdivided into eight parcels with two small woodland coppices. The land is all Grade 3 with soils from the Crewe series, being fine loamy over clayey soils, predominantly level and round 50 meters above sea level, the land is surrounded by open fields and countryside bound by established hedgerows.
