The building, known as "Horizontal Tower", is part of the much larger complex of the Rho-Pero Exhibition Centre, which includes the exhibition pavilions designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, the hospitality facilities designed by Dominique Perrault, the parking system designed by Mario Bellini and the public green areas designed with the assistance of Andreas Kipar. The result is a high architectural quality environment, whose value is recognised internationally.
Conceived as a single organism that simultaneously separates and unites the building into two parts through a unique entrance foyer, the Horizontal Tower spans for 133 meters in length, about 16 meters in width and an overall height of 54 meters, with a total surface of more than 23,000 square metres on 13 floors above ground. The building, an icon of modernity, was built with attention to design that allows the Tower to maintain high performance in terms of energy efficiency. The building offers office spaces inside and out, designed with care and attention to detail, with full respect for work in the most modern sense of the term, ensuring maximum flexibility of space to meet the diverse needs of the companies that will occupy it.
