Construction from 1914, located at 36 Ausiàs March street, in the Eixample district in the heart of the city of Barcelona. It is a French-style building that consists of a Basement Floor, Ground Floor, Main Floor, three typical floors, and crowned by a unique mansard on the top floor that recalls the stately Parisian buildings. The renovation project is carried out by the bArq-bantulà Arquitectes studio, a family tradition studio, made up of a team of professionals from different disciplines.
