Prestigious 18-hole golf course in prime South East location
Mill Ride Golf & Country Club occupies the site of a former racing stable and comprises a prime UK real estate investment. The golf course was developed in the early 1990s and the clubhouse was converted from former residential accommodation serving the racing stables. The adjoining former stable yard was converted into residential properties, now known as Windsor Forest Court, which have been sold to third parties and do not form part of Mill Ride Golf & Country Club. The golf course was designed by the renowned architect Donald Steel and first opened in 1990. It extends to 6,821 yards, par 72 and standard scratch score 73 from the white tees. The majority of the 154.53 acre (62.54 hectare) Mill Ride site is occupied by the golf course, and the generous land area has enabled development of a spacious and attractive course on a gently undulating site which is sub-divided by mature trees and hedgerows. The course was constructed to a high standard and incorporates various water features within the layout. The tees, greens and fairways are all irrigated, enabling a high standard of presentation to be maintained throughout the year.
