A new build development at the heart of the Innovation Birmingham campus - the region’s leading digital and tech campus.
The campus is a magnet for tech innovation particularly for those businesses looking to scale, grow or collaborate. Many are attracted by ‘Serendip’ - a corporate innovation programme that matches start-ups and SMEs with large corporates or public sector organisations to solve innovation-based challenges. Partners in the Serendip programme include GymShark, National Express, West Midlands Academic Health Science Network and Barclays Eagle Labs.
The campus is owned, managed and operated by Bruntwood SciTech - the UK’s largest property portfolio dedicated to the growth of the science and technology sector. Bruntwood SciTech’s other campuses total over 2.5m sq ft and include Alderley Park - the UK’s leading bioscience campus in Cheshire, Platform - a hub for digital start-ups in Leeds, Manchester Science Park, Citylabs 1.0 and Circle Square - Manchester’s newest city centre neighbourhood.
