Lakeside lodge park with strong trading history and further development opportunities
The Lakes. There are a total of 3 lakes, each of which are bounded by established reed beds, shrubs and plants that attract a broad range of wildlife. Each of the lodges are either positioned around one of the lakes, with decking, facing onto the water's edge, or in an elevated position overlooking the lakes and farmland beyond. Whilst the lakes were formally available to coarse anglers for a daily charge, fishing is now restricted to those who either own a lodge or are staying on the park. Each lake is well stocked with bream, carp and perch. The Lodges. Planning permission has been granted for a total of 20 lodges, with 14 having been developed. The remaining 6 permitted pitches are currently un-developed. Of the 14 developed units, 5 are owned by the park and included in the sale, with the remaining 9 units being privately owned (6 of which are sublet through the park's management scheme).
