Savills (UK) have been instructed to dispose of Grange Farm, located within the picturesque village of Bourton. Unconditional offers are being sought by Wednesday 18th June 2025.
The site is approximately 2.2 acres (0.89 hectares) and comprises a traditional combination of yards, barns and other agricultural buildings. The existing buildings have historical and visual value, although they are not listed. They are built from a range of materials and comprise a mixture of historic limestone barns and modern block structures. The Great Western Railway Line lies 70 metres to the north of the site, with residential properties located to the south of the site. The site is bounded to the west by a rural road known as 'Cleyfields' and to the east by agricultural land. There are four access into the site from Cleyfields, although one of the accesses is no longer used. The southern boundary of the site abuts the village conservation area boundary but does not fall within it.
