The villa is distributed over three floors.

The main floor consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, a single bedroom, a bedroom with a complete bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a complete bathroom, a recently renovated kitchen and a spacious living-dining room of about 50 m² with access to a terrace with views of the mountains and the sea.

On the first floor we find a bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with wardrobes and a complete bathroom (both with air conditioning), a living room (formerly a games room) with access to a second terrace / solarium with views and two big storage rooms.

The lower floor includes a bedroom with built-in wardrobes (or large office) and a laundry room with two 300-litre ACV stainless steel accumulators, 8000-litre water softener, pressure pump for all bathrooms and gas boiler. On this level we also find an indoor garage for two cars as well as a covered outdoor parking space, a second laundry room and a living room (formerly with access to the upper floor and also to the outside).

The house also boasts a barbecue area, chill out and swimming pool (5x10 m) with LED lighting, automatic microvolt filling system, two changing rooms with shower, a sink and a large storage room (which could serve as a summer kitchen or wine cellar). Below the pool we find "el zulo", a multipurpose room with a bar, a room that could be used as a gym and the pool machine room, with two motors.

The entire house is equipped with gas heating and an electricity and water configuration system controlled via a mobile application.
