  • The property is situated on the corner of a roundabout at the junction of the A16 and A151, Holbeach Road. This part of the A16 forming a by-pass around Spalding. A public footpath runs along the southern boundary of the site from the A16.
  • On the opposite side of Holbeach Road is a small service station development providing a Gulf petrol station and McDonalds Restaurant and Drive Thru’. Springfields outlet village is situated on the other side of the roundabout which includes a range of retail stores such as Sports Direct, Game, Starbucks, Marks and Spencer, Radley and a garden centre.
