The Fairhaven Hotel is a grade II listed building formed of five original properties understood to have been constructed in the 19th Century
Description
The original Central Hotel is of traditional stone and brick construction with slate pitched roofs. The fenestration is predominantly original wood framed sash construction although the ground floor fronting Maiden Street has mainly metal framed windows with some original windows having been replaced with UPVC.
The main building is arranged over ground floor and two upper floors and entrances to the hotel are from Maiden Street at the front and New Street at the rear.
Externally, there is no car parking associated with the properties although street parking is available in the area immediately in front of the Fairhaven Hotel.
There is an area in front of the building which is used for “alfresco” dining in the summer months although this is not owned by the vendor and the use is authorised by a pavement licence from Weymouth and Portland Borough Council.
EPC
The majority of the accommodation is Listed and therefore EPC’s are not required.
For the non-listed elements EPC’s have been commissioned and will be provided upon request.
