    About this property

    • 32 Lodge Walk is one of four terraced houses that occupy one of the central sites in the small development. The house was built in 2001, and has been occupied by the current owners since its completion. The living space is set over three floors, with a single garage accessed from the front of the house where there is also a driveway offering additional off-street parking.

The front door opens into a hall off which is a WC and two useful store cupboards. At the end of the hall is a bright double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a window over the patio garden. There is also a shower room and a utility room on the ground floor. The latter has plumbing for appliances, and a door leading out to the rear garden patio.

Stairs lead from the hall to the first floor landing and the main living accommodation. The dining kitchen is spacious and has views across the Firth of Forth to the southwest. There are fitted wall and floor units with an integrated microwave, fridge freezer, oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The sitting room overlooks the front of the house and is a spacious and light room with French doors to a Juliet balcony.

On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom. The principal bedroom has built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The southwesterly views from the second floor are superb and reach as far as East Lothian.
