CLAWBACK PROVISIONS
The sale is subject to a clawback agreement in favour of the seller in respect of any future development on Lot 2. The agreement will require the purchaser of Lot 2 to pay 25% of any uplift in value arising from the grant of planning permission payable either on commencement of development or the first sale following the grant of planning permission, for a period of 25 years. A first ranking security in favour of the Seller will be required.
