There is a belt of woodland to the west which runs alongside the A435 Cheltenham Road and woodland bordering the land to the west. The woodland comprises mainly mixed broadleaf species such as Oak, Birch, Ash and Beech.
There is direct road access and along the track from the village of Rendcomb. There is a further road access from the A435 along the historic driveway and gates for Rendcomb Park. The sale includes the gates and they are Grade II listed. There is a public footpath crossing the south eastern corner.
