A ringfenced, predominately arable farm including a former dairy yard.
A former dairy unit, most recently used for pig rearing, comprises a concrete yard with two portal-framed modern agricultural buildings. The farm buildings are accessed from a hardcore farm track leading from the public highway along the southern boundary. The track continues north past the farm buildings and gives access to the farmland beyond. This part of the gravel farm track has natural springs underneath.
The larger structure, once housing cattle, occupies the central position and includes four feed bins to the north. Adjacent to the north, the second building is an open fronted steel portal frame, general purpose farm building, used for storage of machinery and straw.
The farmland included in Lot 2 extends to 302 acres of Grade 3 arable land and there is 10.17 acres of woodland. The arable land is farmed employing the services of a contractor across the whole estate.
