Burnett is situated above the Chew Valley and is approximately 2 miles from Keynsham Station, with its frequent links to both Bath, Bristol Temple Meads and onwards high-speed links to London (journey times from 75 minutes from Bath Spa) and the West Country. Keynsham itself has a wide range of local amenities, shops and restaurants and the town is serviced by school buses into a good range of schools in the area.
