The land will be seen on the right after 1 mile. If coming from Brechin or Forfar on the A933, take the turning on the right immediately after passing through Colliston, signposted Swirlburn. Then take the first turning on the left. The land will be seen on the left after 0.5 miles. Alternatively from the B961 pass through Redford and after 1 mile turn right, signposted Arbroath. Continue for 2.5 miles and the land will be seen on the left.
