About this property

  • Pilgrims Croft is a fine Edwardian home which is surrounded by mature gardens to the south and its own paddock to the north which could be ideal for keeping a pony, sheep or for camping adventures.

The current owners have made it their home for over 37 years and are now moving less than a mile away to a smaller property. The house is well presented and will no doubt undergo cosmetic updates to suit ones taste.

The ground floor accommodation is generous with ample entertaining and living space for all seasons. The kitchen flows into a large conservatory addition which opens to the garden. The first floor is given over to five bedrooms and two bathrooms whilst the second floor is currently used a gym and four storage rooms but could be used as a children's floor.

A very generous brick paved drive to the front and side of the house leads to a large double garage with further storage space.

The paddock is well fenced with a further small fenced area with a stable.

This house will swallow a family and all their belongings and pets. I love that there are beautiful walks on the doorstep
