Exciting opportunity to create your own home in a pretty location and about 13 acres of unspoilt land

    About this property

    • Gomorrah is an old traditional stone cottage ruin retaining four stone walls but having lost its roof many years ago. Previous owners of the property were successful in getting planning permission to reinstate and extend the cottage ruin to bring it back to life again and both preserve and enhance a piece of local building history. The current owners took on the property to make it their home but have since settled on a family farm and so have decided to hand the exciting opportunity to new owners to do their own ‘grand designs' in an idyllic rural location.

Planning permission application number 19/0116/PA– Gomorrah, Crymych, decision dated 10th July 2019 gave planning permission for the Change of use, repair and extension of the former dwelling. The development shall begin no later than 5 years from the date of the decision (i.e. no later than 10th July 2024). Architect designs from Ian Bartlett, Planning, Design, Architecture, Haverfordwest, for the proposed house illustrate the below planned accommodation:

      Accommodation Ground Floor
      Entrance Porch
      Open plan kitchen dining room
      Utility room

      Living room

      First Floor

      Externally & the Land
An attractive factor of the property is its location within its own sizeable area of land. The property extends to about 13 acres in all (stms) and includes a track over its fields to the former cottage. These are manageable fields for livestock, horses and etc and offer the ability of keeping livestock, growing hay, growing your own produce etc or simply using them for amenity and leisure use. There is also a pretty lake in the western corner that could be the start of producing an interesting habitat area.
