  • Newlands is located in an idyllic countryside location between Balerno and Kirknewton and is surrounded by open landscapes and the Pentland Hills to the south. Newlands itself is a relatively new neighbourhood with houses first being built in the 1990s. The property is situated off a quiet public road about 3 miles west of Balerno, a thriving Edinburgh suburb on the edge of Edinburgh's greenbelt.
