  • Brookhill, the neighbouring property to Brookhill Cottage, was built by the Holdsworth family in the early 1800s and was one of the most notable houses in the area. We believe Brookhill Cottage, which was built in the grounds, is possibly the former chapel to this impressive regency style house which is now apartments.   • Kingswear sits on the sunny, east bank of the River Dart at the entrance of the Dart Estuary in the South Hams.
