    • Sea Breeze offers a unique opportunity to acquire a successful Bed & Breakfast and café business in one of the most stunning locations in the South Hams. Subject to the necessary planning consents, this lovely Grade II listed property also offers the space and layout to create a wonderful seaside home if preferred. Currently arranged with the café on the ground floor and the B&B accommodation on the first floor, the current owners have created a superb home/business which is immaculately presented and retains many of the original period features including stone fireplaces and window seats. From the ground floor, the main staircase rises to two beautifully presented double bedrooms, again with exquisite sea views and en suite bathroom / shower rooms. The secondary staircase leads to two further bedrooms with connecting doors with one also benefitting from an en suite shower room.
Outside there is a gorgeous beachside terrace at the front and further terracing at the side, making the most of the 180° sea views.
