    About this property

    • Evan House is an outstanding home within the select development of Hartrow Farm. Finished to an impeccable standard throughout Evan House enjoys a wonderful mix of traditional architecture and build techniques alongside a modern twist with free flowing and sociable accommodation.

The approach is breathtaking alongside the impressive gated drive which leads nicely to the imposing front door. Inside doesn't disappoint and you are immediately welcomed with a wonderful vaulted entrance hall and an incredible staircase which is perfect for welcoming guests and a real statement for things to come. The kitchen/dining/family room is a delightful area for family life or entertaining with the fact that it is open plan but also benefiting from designated areas. The kitchen itself is bespoke and finished in a two tone modern shaker style. It is fully equipped with a wide range of Bosch appliances, extensive wall, base and draw units and a generous central island with breakfast bar. The dining area benefits from double doors out onto the rear garden whilst the family area enjoys the incredible countryside views. Beyond the kitchen is a useful pantry area which leads beautifully into the utility area, downstairs cloakroom and double garage.

Further accommodation on the ground floor includes a well-proportioned sitting room with feature fireplace, decorative cornicing and bi-fold doors that lead out onto the rear garden and a study that again captures the wonderful setting.

The grand staircase rises to the first floor landing where a large window frames the breathtaking view perfectly. The principal bedroom suite is superb with an elegant en suite bathroom finished with beautiful tiling and an extensive walk in wardrobe. There is a further four double bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom, again immaculately finished.

      Gardens and Grounds
Evan House has a striking approach with a generous driveway behind a set of wrought iron gates. The gardens wrap around all sides with a patio directly behind the rear of the house. Access to the double garage is to the front which provides valuable extra parking or storage. The garage is built to the same specification as the house offering further enhancement if required (subject to necessary planning consents).

      Further specification available upon request.
