    About this property

    • Perfectly situated on the golden, sandy banks of the Salcombe Estuary, The Old Stable is being offered for sale for the first time in over 40 years.

Located adjacent to the jetty from which the ferry runs between the village and the coastal town of Salcombe, the site currently comprises a stone built former stable.

Run for many years as a successful beach café, this fabulous freehold site offers not only a unique opportunity to acquire a stunning, west facing waterfront site with exquisite views over to Salcombe but also to own one of the most beautiful stretches of golden sands in the country which extends to around an acre at low tide.

Available by separate negotiation as Lot 2 is a single garage located a short distance into the village from The Old Stable.

Without doubt, this is my favourite stretch of coast line. Just imagine owning those golden sandy shores gazing over to Salcombe. How special.
