    About this property

    • An Dobhran is an exceptional architect-designed detached villa which has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment. The villa sits in a stunning coastal location within the Morvern peninsula which is home to an amazing range of animal and plant life.

The accommodation on the ground floor begins with an entrance vestibule and a welcoming reception hallway. The open plan drawing room has a fireplace with log burner set into an exposed brick wall and there is a well proportioned sitting room/bedroom with beautiful aspects to the front of the property. The current owners use this room as a home office. The fitted dining kitchen is a wonderfully bright space with beamed vaulted double height ceiling, wood flooring and a fine range of base and wall mounted units, marble worktops, an island unit with breakfast bar and built in appliances including a navy blue two oven electric AGA. There are pretty French doors out to the teak decking and garden. The accommodation on the ground floor also includes a utility room, cloakroom/WC and bathroom with modern suite.

The accommodation on the upper floor comprises three well proportioned bedrooms with the principal bedroom having a contemporary en suite shower room.

Adjacent to the property there is a substantial boatshed which could also be utilised as an additional garage. There is a garage to the rear of the property with wood store next door. The lovely gardens surrounding An Dobhran are a credit to the owners and there is access to the jetty at the shorefront.

The property also benefits from good broadband connection, mains water and electricity supply as well as an exclusive septic tank.
