About this property

  • 5 Oxford Terrace is a charming Victorian house in a sought after location in Guildford town.
The downstairs accommodation comprises a newly fitted galley kitchen complete with solid wood worktops, Belfast sink and high spec appliances. Through the kitchen is a useful utility/ shower room. The dining room retains original features along with a wood burning stove; and the sitting room has an open fireplace and benefits from natural light with a bay window. The basement has been converted to a third bedroom and is currently presented as a study.

There are two generous double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes on the first floor, one of which leads to a newly fitted en suite with free standing bath and separate waterfall shower. The other bedroom looks over a conservation area and has views of Guildford castle.

The property has retained a number of period features and has been fully decorated throughout.

The rear garden is low maintenance and offers seating areas and space for dining al fresco and includes a shed.
