About this property

  • The immediate setting of Pine Lodge is very special, positioned down a long drive yet surrounded by mature trees and shrubs creating a very private property. Pine Lodge is an iconic Colt House constructed on a timber frame with cedar shingle tiled elevations. Internally the house is light and bright with large windows and a predominantly open plan kitchen/dining room that opens out to a conservatory overlooking the decked terrace and garden.

To one side lie three bedrooms, two double rooms and one single and a family bathroom. Internally the house is well presented throughout and takes advantage of the views over the mature gardens both to the front and rear of the house. The current owners have architectural plans for the house to be extended subject to the necessary consents.

The gardens are spacious lying predominantly to south east but also with a secluded west facing garden to the rear. There are abundant mature trees and shrubs surrounding the gardens on all sides.
