The Woodland

The land offered for sale extends to about 89 acres (36 ha) and is divided into two blocks.

Lot 1 extends to about 34.2 acres (13.8 ha) as identified on the sale plan and takes access directly off Branston Road to the south. Planting of lot 1 took place in 1999.

Lot 2 extends to about 54.9 acres (22.2 ha) as identified on the sale plan and takes access directly off Main Street to the north west. Planting of lot 2 took place in 2006.
