  • Cromer, Aylsham and North Walsham. Cromer (3 miles) is a popular Edwardian seaside resort with a shingle beach, a pier and an excellent range of shops. The North Norfolk Coast, much of which is classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers many recreational activities including sailing, fishing and bird watching.
  • The market Town of North Walsham is about 5 miles and has a good range of local shops and Waitrose supermarket. The renowned and extremely popular Gunton Arms hotel and pub is only 2 miles away, with its new sister pub, the Suffield Arms, also 2 miles and situated next to Gunton train station which provides a connecting train (via Norwich) to London Liverpool Street.
