    The Ceilidh Barn is separate from the cottage although it is part of the same building. It has an impressive double height barn which has most recently been used for parties. It is fitted with a wood burning stove and an enormous picture window frames the view to the hills behind Laverockbank House. The ceilidh barn could be converted for a number of uses depending on a buyer's requirements.

  • Laverockbank Farm is situated on the southern fringe of the highlands, surrounded by rolling farmland and with far reaching views to the hills. Although rural, the property is close to the settlements of Harrietfield (0.3 miles) and Chapelhill (1.5 miles), which have a primary school and a local pub respectively, as well as Methven (4.5 miles) which has a village store and post office.
  • Perth and Crieff are almost equidistant. Perth has a wide range of high street shops, supermarkets, transport links and professional services as well as a concert hall, theatre, cinema, museum and gallery. Crieff with its Hydro and Community Campus also has some excellent leisure facilities and plenty of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Gleneagles Hotel and golf courses are about 21 miles away and there are also golf courses at Perth, Crieff, Muthill and Comrie.
