  • South Corston Farmhouse has a wonderfully private situation on a quiet farm lane surrounded by some of Perthshire's most fertile farmland. The house is something of a hidden gem being off the beaten track and with hardly any passing traffic. It is 1.5 miles from the village of Kettins and only 2 miles from Coupar Angus. It is almost equidistant to Dundee and Perth (13 and 14 miles away respectively). Coupar Angus and Blairgowrie both have useful local shops and amenities.
  • Perth and Dundee have a wider selection of professional services, high street shops and restaurants as well as cultural and leisure facilities. There are primary schools in Kettins and Coupar Angus and Blairgowrie has both primary and secondary schools. A choice of private schooling within 30 miles of South Corston includes Craigclowan, Glenalmond, Strathallan, Kilgraston, St Leonards and The High School of Dundee.
