Montenegro's highest resort is located in the northern part of Bjelasica mountain range, on a surface of 270.000 m2.

Ski Resort Kolasin 1600 will include 10 facilities with a total of 951 units, as well as 28 chalet and will be realized through four phases. Once developed, the resort will consist of two different settlement zones with high class hotels and apartments and a zone of private exclusive chalets in between.

All the units within the hotel settlement will be serviced by the hotels, offering a wide spectrum of amenities and year-round activities.

The most interesting fact about the resort is its premium location – at 1600 m above sea level, on the ski slope, which in itself is a rarity. The guests will have the opportunity to access the ski slope and join other skiers, or just enjoy the view from their balconies.

Swissotel Resort Kolasin Annex, will have 85 units. Construction of this facility began in October 2021, and hotel will welcome its first guests in the season of 2023/24.

Q Residences will also include a set of accompanying facilities that should contribute to better capacity utilization and successful positioning of this facility on the market, while providing various opportunities to hotel guests, to make their stay in this facility as comfortable as possible, and the hotel experience as pleasant as possible.

In addition to the spa center and three very luxurious restaurants, guests will have the unique experience of accessing the ski slopes directly from the hotel, but also accessing the restaurants from the ski slopes and enjoying their offer. The A la cart restaurant that will be located within this hotel (S building) will be the most luxurious restaurant in the northern part of Montenegro, while the hotel restaurant will offer guests the experience of participating in the preparation of their own meals with the chef through the show kitchen.
