The pool area is to the rear side and fully private.
The property is easily reached by a private lane leading from the main road and slightly uphill. On the south side the property has a protective hedge mainly formed by pomegranate bushes and on the north side an open field.

The property is connected to mains electricity
It has a large water cistern collecting rain water from the roof, which is pumped by an electric pump to the kitchen and bathrooms.
There are four A/C units
Hot water is generated by solar panel on the roof, there are also two electrical boilers as back-up.
Central heating is either to use wood in the thermo fire place which heats water to the wall radiators. There is also a gas tank in the garden, all is needed is a new boiler for this.
There is an old type septic tank, which works but should be replaced with a modern Imhoff type septic tank system.
