Bloomfield Apartments was historically named Bloomfield Cottage which was once a detached home dating back to 1923, positioned along side the famous Westerham railway station.

Westerham railway station served the village of Westerham in Kent from 1881 until its closure in 1961. Sir Winston Churchill was a frequent commuter traveling in and out of London from 10 Downing Street to his home Chartwell House of which is now
administered by the National Trust.
