About this property

  • *** SIX MONTH LET ONLY ***

Rectory Cottage is a beautiful cottage sitting on the edge of the prestigious village of Sapperton.

For six months this cottage is the perfect place to enjoy the surrounding countryside and the local pub is a very welcoming space for locals to socialise while enjoying the charming atmosphere.

The cottage has retained may original features and has also been modernised to create a very cosy feel to this house. As you enter the main hallway you are struck by how bright and space this cottage actually is. To the left of the hallway is the sitting room with working log burner and this leads via double doors to the patio and enchanting garden, which the landlord will maintain. The garden also has a studio which is a perfect self-contained office space. As you turn right in the hallway you enter the dining room with a 2nd log burner and this leads to a very smart kitchen/breakfast room with an alternative route to the garden.

As you ascend one of the main staircase in the property the principal bedroom overlooks the private garden and it has an en suite, this is a very tranquil room. The 2nd is a double serviced by a family bathroom and the final bedroom is a good sized single presenting an en suite.

The property is available furnished. Parking is off street and to the side of the cottage.

    Available 1st November 2024
