The market town of Stow-on-the-Wold is about 7 miles away and provides everyday shopping and banking amenities whilst the larger centres of Cheltenham and Cirencester are accessed from the nearby Fosse Way (A429). Nearby Guiting Power is well served by The Old Post Office store, bakery, two churches and two public houses including the renowned Hollow Bottom.
